The What’s up Walk-In clinic is a barrier free counselling service for individuals and families aged 0 – 26. Lumenus is one of six locations offered across the city and is part of a consortium of agencies offering this service. Our walk-in clinics can help young people who are feeling sad, experiencing bullying, dealing with personal issues, facing relationship difficulties with their parents, and more. For caregivers, those who are concerned regarding their child’s development or school progress can find support with our walk clinics. Our walk-in clinics provide immediate service free of charge. Referrals to this walk in counselling require a brief intake form that is completed on site after speaking to the Centre’s receptionist. Walk in counselling services are offered using a Solution Focused Brief Therapy model.
